On the train back home this fella was reading Homer's Odyssey opposite and diagonal to me.
He looked kinda Thai or maybe Phillipino.
In the inside of the book, about 2 or 3 pages in. One of the blank ones there were a few words written.
They looked like they said:

'7 socks 1996'

..or something like that I'm not sure. But I have no idea what that means and I wish I had the nerve to ask.

That's really gonna bug me.
