Rotwillow
Monsieur Rotwillow is pretty grumpy.
He likes a good birthday though.
He'll be there in the corner scraping his snaggly teeth
on the icing of a Party Ring biscuit.
He likes to scuff all the icing off before eating the biscuit part.
Makes it last longer.
